YBM’s quality control department

The production process of ultra-fine stone powder is strictly controlled in all stages according to standards of particle size, brightness and moisture with a frequency of 30 minutes/time. To ensure the best product quality, the stone powder control process uses advanced, modern equipment such as the Malvern Mastersizer 3000 particle size meter from the UK, the Konica Minolta CR – 410 whiteness meter from Japan. American Ohaus MB45 moisture balance and scale.

The QC department engineers always inspect and closely control each step of the production process to ensure the highest quality of finished products. These activities are performed throughout the production process to promptly detect any defects.

The Quality Control Department, with a team of engineers with many years of experience in the industry and a high sense of responsibility, always continuously monitors, controls and strictly updates product quality. In particular, YBM has a testing laboratory with capacity accredited according to ISO 17025:2017 issued by the Bureau of Accreditation – Ministry of Science and Technology.
