The technology of producing super fine CaCO3 powder is the modern technology to ensure the increasing quality for customers. At the present, YBM owns the most synchronous and modern production lines in Vietnam in the field of super fine CaCO3 powder. The whole lines of machinery and equipment of the company are based on the technology of the leading machine manufacturers in the world.
Factory 1:The ultra-fine CaCO3 stone powder grinding line with a capacity of 150,000 tons/year consists of 04 grinding machines along with coarse grinding machines, equipment, and auxiliary vehicles.
Factory 2:The ultra-fine CaCO3 stone powder grinding line and the coated CaCO3 stone powder line with a capacity of 220,000 tons/year consist of 06 ultra-fine grinding machines and 04 coating machines along with coarse grinding machines, equipment, and auxiliary vehicles.
Factory 3:The ultra-fine CaCO3 stone grinding production line with a capacity of 200,000 tons per year consists of three hydraulic crushers, along with coarse crushers, stone washing machines, stone loading conveyors, and various supporting vehicles and machinery.
Factory 4:The ultra-fine CaCO3 stone powder grinding line and the coated CaCO3 stone powder line with a capacity of 220,000 tons/year consist of 06 vertical grinding machines along with coarse grinding machines and auxiliary vehicles.
Factory 5:The ultra-fine CaCO3 stone powder grinding line with a capacity of 200,000 tons/year consists of 02 hydraulic grinding machines along with coarse grinding machines, stone washing machines, stone washing conveyors, and various auxiliary vehicles and machinery.
